Corporate Team Building Events and Activities

A cancellation fee is payable for confirmed events that are postponed or cancelled as follows: –

If the talk or team building event is cancelled within…

  • 60 days of scheduled date, a 30% cancellation fee applies.
  • 30 days of scheduled date, a 60% cancellation fee applies.
  • 21 days of scheduled date, a 80% cancellation fee applies.
  • 14 days of scheduled date, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
  • Outstanding fees payable before the booked/due date.

CREDITS: 50% may be carried over as a credit against the re-scheduled event, provided that it is booked and used within 90 days of the original team build date.

 

Training Only

For our training courses, our policy is as follows:

  • 100% refund if requested more than 2 weeks before the class.

Online Training Only

For our online training courses, our policy is as follows:

  • We will provide a full refund for any reason, as long as it is made during the term of trial period.
  • We can not provide a refund after the 30 day term of trial period has expired.

All refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the refund request.
