What is corporate team building?
Our Corporate team building events are expert, facilitated experiences that helps colleagues build connection, communication, alignment, collaboration and practise useful ways of enhancing team effectivness, trust and performance.
Lfe Masters offers three EXPERT levels, from energising Fun-Da-Mental team events to focused High Performance Teams development.
For many teams, our one day team building event is the right starting point.
We begin with the outcome you want, recommend the most suitable level and shape the experience to your people, context, timing and location, to create an outstanding team building session.

Level 3 | High Performance Teams
A focused day to help the team align and move forward
The High Performance Teams experience applies Life Masters' REVOLUTIONARY WORKPLACE process to the team's real context. The facilitator helps participants examine how they work together, surface useful conversations and decide what to practise next.
Depending on the brief, themes may include trust, communication, psychological safety, role clarity, conflict, ownership and shared priorities. These are areas for the team to work on, not guaranteed results.
Possible takeaways: a shared view of the team challenge; clear working agreements; a short list of priorities; action owners; and a practical follow-through check-in.

The one-day experience
An event that connects experience to work
The exact programme depends on your goals, participants and venue. A focused one-day design can follow a simple sequence.
01 | ALIGN
Agree the purpose
Clarify the brief, outcomes, hopes and practical working agreements.
02 | EXPERIENCE
Take part together
Join facilitated team challenges chosen to suit the objectives and group.
03 | REFLECT
Connect it to work
Debrief what happened and what it may mean for everyday teamwork.
04 | COMMIT
Choose next actions
Agree practical actions, owners and a follow-through check-in.
Tailored to people and context
Purposeful activities, with room to learn
The existing Life Masters team-building approach combines productive fun, experiential learning and guided reflection.
The event can use indoor, outdoor or mixed formats, depending on objectives, venue, group needs and accessibility.
Examples previously featured on this page include Bridge Builders, LipSingK Team AI Karaoke and the Formula WON™ Team Race.
The proposal will recommend activities that fit your team and event brief.
The Team Energy Levels and AdaptAgility™ concepts can help frame useful conversations about how people show up, respond to change and work together.
The aim is to turn a shared experience into language and actions the team can use at work.

One day or two
Choose the time that fits the work
Lead with a focused one-day event. If the objectives need more exploration, practice or integration, a two-day design may be a better fit. We will recommend the format after hearing what the team needs.
ONE DAY | FOCUSED START
Work on one important team priority
Clarify the challenge, participate in a purposeful experience, reflect on patterns and leave with practical team actions.
TWO DAYS | MORE DEPTH
Explore, practise and integrate
Use additional time to work through more complex dynamics, practise new ways of working and strengthen follow-through.
