How Long does a typical program take?
Our core transformation experience is typically a full day or even 2 to 3 for 70-20 participants. However, we offer everything from 1-hour executive talks to 5-day holistic fully imersive limitless leadership Alignment retreats, all customised to your specific needs. We also offer optional follow-up coaching and integration support.
How is this different to regular team building?
Most team building is entertainment — games, activities, and temporary bonding.
