great book by Judy Cole - The Body Talks. She uses
Kinesiology to check food intolerances and then follows the Eat
Right For Your Blood Type By Dr Adamo.
Before you do any kind of dieting - Get her book and READ it
completely. It will educate you into the correct way you need to
feed your body.
Too many people alter their food intake without
ever getting to understand what they are doing to different
organs in their body, and can end up causing life-long damage!
