It usually last as long as the motivating entertainer is in

transitory motivation.
Something more is required to ensure

die for!
Step 1 – Individual to Team

solutions, and the impact they see themselves bringing
and what they would do to build the “Killer Company”
Step 3 – x Teams of 6 (Each take on
new ideal company ID)

Discusses previous teams’ input
feedback and suggestions.

Present their updated perfect
future vision & potential challenges

Also work on personal Destiny,
Cause and Calling (DCC) direction and possible company

(Use De Bono’s 6 Thinking Hats, The Walt Disney Process
& Appreciative Enquiry)

Finalisation of Leadership teams’
business Destiny, Cause and Calling

Clarification of business direction
and initial roles and responsibilities.

Celebration & commitment to the
team and the companies DCC.
The final steps are the consolidation
and completion of the team building process, with rules of
engagement and commitments towards the future Destiny, Cause
and Calling.
