is the true antidote to fear. Lack of love (fear) is the
primary cause of all the problems we create, perpetuate and
experience in our world, such as war, hunger, violence,
manipulation and deception.
I dare

longer be willing to sacrifice your soul for money, nor your
humanity to work for individuals who use tactics of fear,
intimidation, even harassment and a sole focus on money.
I challenge you to explore, and perpetuate, in your
organization, a process of discovering a deeper meaning and

Participation in this project will require my Higher
Ground Leadership "apprentices" to clarify and begin to live
along the following framework of
Why-Be-Do.
- WHY I am here: To help create a more
peaceful, loving, inclusive planet
- How I’m going to BE: Serving, loving, honoring
the greatness in all
- What I’m to DO: Be an inspiring role model
I will also challenge and inspire you
to remove the warrior attitudes and languaging and replacing
this with more collaborative, cooperative and inspiring
approaches as well and challenge you to become the
change you want to create. If you want to lead others, it’s
important that you have the integrity in the way you are
Being, so I will challenge you to model that change.
By connecting to your Spirit and courageously expressing
your truth, You can inspire others to experience and express
their own, and completely transform your workplace into a
great-place-to-work that attracts and retains talent.
Together, we will build your CASTLE:
- Courage:: Being authentic, speaking your
truth, is one of the best ways for you to be courageous
on a day-to-day basis at work and home.
- Authentic: Being aware when you become misguided
in your thinking. Notice when you're trying to avoid
feelings. Taking time to stop and still yourself, and
connecting with your Being. Then you can begin experiencing
and expressing your Spirit, which is what life is truly
about
- Serve: When You're leading and coaching be very
present, listening and let go of my agenda of manipulation
and power playing
- Truth: Speak up and speak the truth. Notice when
tightness in your throat is signaling to you that you are
holding back your truth.
- Love: Focus on how you can serve in each
situation. Notice early warning signs when you're not loving
and not taking good care of yourself. Ensure that you
do what you can to take good care of yourself, so you can
Love and take care of others as they manifest a better work
place.
- Effectiveness: Continue to grow and learn.
Evaluate how you can be even more effective in each
situation by asking for honest feedback and input. By
building trust into all relationships - work, home and
customers.
LOVE in the workplace.
The
principle of LOVE is the most challenging one to architect
into a work environment. And so creating a workplace
where this can be expressed freely, and powerfully, is a large
part of our mission. Are you
